Manufacturing Process: Secondary Winding.

The critical magnet wire winding process is performed by experienced craftsmen using fully indexing automatic division toroidal winding machines. Electrolitically refined electrical grade insulated copper magnet wire is equally distributed around the core. All secondary windings are fully distributed around the toroid, which provides a low leakage reactance on each ratio. Single, dual, or multi-ratio configurations can be produced depending on the design specifications.
