Manufacturing Process: Core Winding.

Grain oriented electrical grade silicon steel is wound to custom specifications on toroidal winding machines. Tight tolerances are held throughout the process to achieve perfect roundness as well as the specified inner diameter, outer diameter and overall height. These dimensions are checked frequently throughout the core winding process.
